Ava Markland

Ava began her real estate career as a property manager for Ray White in 2019. Ava's fascination for real estate began when she was younger, making her family attend numerous open houses. Her love for property and assisting clients remains to this day and thrives off the fast-paced environment as she loves to keep busy. Ava has also worked in sales and leadership within the real estate industry which adds to her knowledge as a property manager. 

Ava was drawn towards Ray White Cheltenham as she already has a good understanding and extensive knowledge of the area as she grew up in Mentone and Cheltenham. The Real Estate industry appeals to Ava as she finds every day is different and there is always a challenge to be tackled which creates the opportunity to expand her skills and learn new ones.

Ava believes that the key to enjoying her role is having a positive approach and being a part of a great team! Ava prides herself in her customer service skills and ensures she always has a friendly approach as she loves assisting clients and thrives off them being happy. 

Outside of work Ava enjoys shopping, spending time with her friends and family with great food and wine!
