Nick joins Ray White Cheltenham after the Bayside Living brand merge in 2023. With more than 30 years’ experience in the local real estate market and an extensive, personal knowledge of Beaumaris, Mentone, Parkdale, Cheltenham and the surrounding Bayside suburbs. A true local, born and bred in the area, Nick attended Mentone Grammar and now resides with his young family in Parkdale.

Over the years Nick has seen the Bayside area grow and transform, with an increasing number of higher density developments alongside its traditional market of family homes, townhouses and villa units.
