Local Market Update

It might be very wet and cold still but the market is still very hot and the team at Ray White Cheltenham are starting to gain momentum and
the results are starting to show through.

Activity in the sales department is growing all the time as is the team. Jodie Jacobson joined us this month and hit the road running with a listing on her first day. We also have a couple of new faces joining us in the coming months as we prepare for a busy and exciting Spring market ahead. The market is still very hot with low days on market and plenty of buyer activity. We expect a busy August before the always busy Spring market, and it’s worthwhile thinking about listing now before the usual rush of properties hit the market in the traditional Spring market.

The rental department are attracting a lot of interest and new business is on the rise with a PB for new business in the month of July. Letting numbers were consistently good and our online rental booking system is working well and making it easier for tenants to book a time to view our properties and also making it easier for our agents too. We are opening all of our available stock twice during the week, one mid week and one Saturday at a minimum. Arrears is always a focus and the team is keeping them at industry low levels. This makes everyone happy.
