The month of September saw the Western Bulldogs break a 62 year premiership drought with a win in the Grand Final over Sydney in an entertaining game at the MCG. The month also saw our own Sam Master compete in the REIV novice auctioneer competition. Sam won through to the semi-finals but unfortunately didn’t make the final however he did a great job. There has been plenty of activity in the Cheltenham area with plenty of information nights and talk about the upcoming train line upgrades.
Brody joined our team during the month in the reception role replacing Janene who has moved to QLD. We wish Janene all the best with the move and thank you for all her work over the years. Danielle also joined our team during the month in a property management role and had settled in well already. No doubt many of our landlords have spoken to her already.
The sales department listed strongly during the month with Belinda, Sam and Kevin all listing well for the spring market. The market remains strong with plenty of buyer interest and listings remaining tight. We expect this to remain the same for the rest of the year and lead up to Christmas.
The rental team were also very busy with an extended rental list on offer during the month. The rental stock has great variety with anything from a 1 bedroom unit close to the beach to a family sized five bedroom home in the heart of Cheltenham and plenty in between.
